The Learning Series -- Beginner classes are split into two groups of three classes each. The first group of classes is called The Learning Series -- Beginner 1. The second group of classes is called The Learning Series -- Beginner 2. You can click on those links to see a complete description of the classes. At the bottom of each page is a special price for purchasing both the Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 for one reduced price.

The Beginner 1 Class was designed to give the beginning investors a foundation to begin their Real Estate investing careers. Classes are held on Monday evenings. The Beginner's Series repeats each session in order every other month. Participants may re-take any session within one year at no additional cost.
There is also a Beginner 2 Class in The Learning Series.

1st Session:

• All the different methods of investing in real estate.
• Pros & Cons of each avenue of investment in real estate.
• What you should know and think about before investing.
• Team Building and kick start your exposure to real estate investing.
• Forming a company to do my real estate business depends on what you want to do.
• Business development and asset protection.
• Quicken Bookkeeping and how to set up your chart of accounts.

2nd Session:

• Finding and Flipping Wholesale properties is the true no money real estate investing.
• Finding and researching properties that are distressed is a talent that you can learn.
• All the steps of wholesaling properties will be explained and detailed in a manner that you can follow.

3rd Session:

• Financing is the key to all real estate investing.
• Hard Money, HELOC and other ways to acquire property.
• Exit financing is a must to understand such as FHA, VA and conventional methods.
• Notes and note buying will also be explained.
