The Beginner 1 Class was designed to give the beginning investors a foundation to begin their Real Estate investing careers. Classes are held on Monday evenings. The Beginner's Series repeats each session in order every other month. Participants may re-take any session within one year at no additional cost.

• Finding and Flipping Wholesale properties is the true no money real estate investing.
• Finding and researching properties that are distressed is a talent that you can learn.
• All the steps of wholesaling properties will be explained and detailed in a manner that you can follow.

3rd Session:

• Financing is the key to all real estate investing.
• Hard Money, HELOC and other ways to acquire property.
• Exit financing is a must to understand such as FHA, VA and conventional methods.
• Notes and note buying will also be explained.
